60 min - most often booked - 1st session we will spend some time going over your concerns and health history and assessment to best streamline your treatment.

75 min - popular - when you decide that 60 min just isn't quite enough

90 min - when you want to relax and have specific work done. Example - want thorough back, neck shoulders and legs and arms

45 min - when your focus area is something like the back neck and shoulders but focus on upper back and neck.

30 min - reserved for follow-up only for focus work on just the neck and upper back area or similar as discussed with Therapist.
