Osteopathy or Craniosacral therapy treatment. Your first session will be your health history and assessment. We will ask questions about all systems in the body and all conditions or past injuries, even if they were in your youth.  It is gentle treatment to realign structure and soft tissue.  Clients are fully clothed, wearing loose or stretchy clothing.

Indie head & scalp massage - Stand Alone relaxation
Focuses on pressure points along the head, neck and shoulders.  It aids in headache relief, circulation to scalp and melts away stress and tension.  Available as "dry" (no oil in the hair) or "oil" using oil in the hair.   Billed as massage therapy  30min stand alone, 45 min adds 15 min upper back massage

Come with clean, dry hair and skip the heavy products.

Indie Head Massage

The Stillness Session  (Indie Head Massage + Craniosacral Therapy)

A calming blend of 30 min Indie Head Massage and 15 - 30 min Craniosacral Therapy (45 - 60 min total), designed to release tension and guide the body into deep relaxation. Perfect for stress relief, nervous system reset, and a restorative pause.

NOT AVAILABLE FOR MAY 10 - AUGUST 31   Massage Therapy with the use of heated stones.  This is best in cooler months.  The extra heat works against the air conditioning to keep the rooms a good temperature during these months for all clients.
