Assessment and treatment.  Please make sure your health history form with all injuries past and present is filled out in full before your appointment.   Book 60 min or more if your area of treatment includes the entire back.  Please have shorts and T-shirt if needed for the assessment or email for questions.  The assessment helps me to determine your specific needs related to what's going on so that we can have a more efficient treatment.
